Wanted: no sex at 9.03pm – Ofcom’s latest decision on the 9pm watershed.

Ofcom’s Broadcast Bulletin of 4 December 2017 contains decisions about the 9pm watershed (explaining why showing a couple having sex at 9.03pm does not necessarily breach the Ofcom Code) and alternative medicine programmes, and new guidance to broadcasters who show advertising and programming simultaneously.
