Sharon is a Senior Associate in the Family Department. She advises clients on a range of matters in relation to divorce, separation, dissolution of civil partnerships, high value financial disputes and pre and postnuptial agreements.

She also advises on matters involving children, such as contact disputes following separation, financial claims on behalf of children and specific issues concerning a child’s upbringing.

Sharon has acted for a number of high profile clients from a variety of backgrounds who often have complex financial arrangements – often including an international element. This includes dealing with assets in different jurisdictions, which may or may not need locating, the consideration of foreign tax implications, or a parent wanting to take their child abroad.

Sharon is a member of Resolution and is committed to the organisation’s conciliatory ethos. She approaches cases in a practical and sensible manner, but is able to adopt a robust approach when necessary. She develops a good relationship with the client from the outset and is committed to achieving a good outcome.
