Neal is a Partner in the Corporate, Commercial and Technology teams. He advises a wide range of clients on mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and corporate structures including for a number of private equity investors both in the UK and internationally. His clients include well known media, publishing and technology businesses as well as founders and owners of more traditional businesses.
He has specialist expertise in advising on mergers and acquisition, in particular in negotiating sales and purchases for both sellers, and purchasers often with an international element. Neal also advises the boards of both established businesses and start-ups to provide guidance on corporate structures, directors’ duties, shareholders’ agreements and exits.
He regularly speaks on panels on finance raising and growth for tech companies, planning for exit for entrepreneurs and on mergers and acquisitions.
