With over 12-years’ experience in this field, Mark is an expert on contract procurement routes (e.g. traditional; design and build; two-stage;) and drafting, negotiating and reviewing building contracts (including JCT and NEC), schedules of amendment, consultancy appointments, collateral warranties, development agreements, performance bonds, parent company guarantees, and letters of intent.
