Jimmy is a Senior Associate in the Family team. He advises clients on a range of matters including divorce and separation, cohabitation disputes, matrimonial finance, pre-nuptial agreements and on those legal issues which impact children of divorce.
Jimmy has specialist experience advising on cases involving complex financial and multi-jurisdictional issues and has a particular interest in the fast developing area of surrogacy law and more generally in topics surrounding alternative/same sex families.
