Dina Shiloh

Dina is a Consultant in the Dispute Resolution and Media teams.

Dina is an experienced commercial litigator who acts for a wide variety of clients including high profile and high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs, and owner-managed businesses. She has broad advisory and trial experience in complex, often multi-jurisdictional commercial cases including director and shareholder claims, and partnership disputes.

Dina also advises clients on defamation, breach of privacy, harassment, and data protection. She frequently deals with the Information Commissioner’s Office and advises journalists and writers on libel issues both pre- and post-publication.

Before becoming a lawyer Dina worked as a producer and journalist for major news outlets including the BBC, NBC, and CNN. She is frequently interviewed in the media as a legal expert.

Dina is on the Board of World Jewish Relief, the Jewish community’s humanitarian agency. She is also on the Board of the JCC in Krakow, Poland; a judge for the Athena 40 list; and a student mentor for ORT UK.
