Ben is an Associate in the Technology, Media and Commercial teams.

His work is focused on drafting and negotiating consumer-facing agreements for those procuring and delivering technology or digital services. Ben also has significant experience advising on a range of data protection matters including compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679, Data Protection Act 2018 and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003. In addition, Ben has substantial experience advising clients who are under regulatory investigation by the Competition & Markets Authority for not disclosing paid for endorsements in their social media posts.

Prior to joining the firm, Ben trained at an international law firm where he assisted on several high-profile cases against global banks, technology companies and airfreight service providers for the recovery of losses incurred by his clients in connection with breaches of competition and regulatory laws.
